    ✅ Responsible for creating and managing ads on platforms (Airbnb, Abritel, Booking, etc.) and coordinating with agencies

    ✅ Centralised planning and reservation management

    ✅ Rate optimisation and commercial management

    ✅ Service provider management and coordination

    ✅ Welcoming tenants and carrying out an inventory of fixtures

    ✅ Setting up consumables and managing purchases if necessary

    ✅ Tenant management with telephone hotline and intervention if necessary

    ✅ Private concierge services for you and your tenants

    ✅ Access to our channel manager with dedicated proprietary space

The offer includes :

✅We provide our own linen (Linvosges) with maintenance

Rates :

A percentage commission on the rental + Fixed costs (e.g. linen, cleaning)

The fixed costs are calculated on the basis of the capacity and surface area of the property and the services you require, which will be communicated to you in the form of an estimate.

Specific conditions:

  • These offers require a minimum annual commitment
  • The % commission will be degressive and applied according to the origin of the rentals

Our services are fully modular and can be tailored to your property and your needs. You have the freedom to choose only those services that suit you, with no obligation to opt for the complete package.

Option 2: You manage your bookings, we take over on site.

OUR STEWARDSHIP OFFER

✅ Two visits per month to check your property, including a thorough check of the equipment (heating, electricity, plumbing, etc.).

✅ Intervention in case of need or emergency

✅ Opening the house to allow service providers access for necessary interviews

✅ Receiving your mail and/or parcels

✅ Assistance and follow-up on all your projects (works, various interventions)

✅ Coordinating your personal trips

✅ Provision of our maintenance contractors for annual maintenance **
