Our price is fixed for each stay and includes the above charges ** + fixed commission.
**Rates are fixed and personalised according to the accommodation capacity and surface area. These will be detailed in an estimate attached to the contract.
No housekeeping services are included in the rental management package, and no cleaning is scheduled per month. (as opposed to the initial fixed-price offer, which included 1 visit per month for 4 hours of cleaning as well as a visit by a member of staff). check the offer below). However, a one-year commitment, renewable 3 times, is required, as well as a cheque. deposit equivalent to 8 annual rentals, i.e. 8,000 euros excluding VAT, not cashed. This amount will be adjusted according to the number of stays if the quota of 8 rentals is not reached.
This offer includes seasonal rental management as well as a year-round housekeeping service in the form of a monthly subscription, with a commission of 12 % excluding VAT on the owner's net income, in addition to the costs associated with the rental if the property is rented out.

FIXED PRICE FOR CLEANING :
The package includes a minimum of 4 hours cleaning per month. This also allows you to benefit from an additional monthly visit to check the property, and to take advantage of the cleaning service during your own stays, without having to worry about it before you leave.
Please note that during the high season (June, July and August), you have the choice of using these 4 hours for the benefit of tenants, thereby reducing their rental costs, or keeping them for your own use.
