The latter two share a bathroom with shower. The upstairs has an air-conditioning unit to cool the sleeping area. The outbuilding/apartment (65 m²) is totally independent and is made up as follows: A living room with air-conditioned lounge, fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a bedroom with double bed and shower room (shower), washbasin and 1 separate WC. A terrace with a piece of garden completes this outbuilding for a spot of outdoor privacy.
