- Starter Kit to welcome guests: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, mineral water, charcoal and wood for the barbecue and outdoor fire. Dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, shower soap and 2-in-1 shampoo are also included in the kit.
- Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board with iron, outside and inside drying rack.
- 2 toilets and a bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning available in the lounge and dining room.
- Each window and window door is fitted with mosquito nets.
